This first-floor villa offers a view of Silver Lake from the screened porch, a large living area with TV and single sleep sofa, a full kitchen with bar and table seating, washer/dryer access, and wireless internet access. The bedroom has a King bed, TV, full bath with whirlpool tub and separate shower, and access to the screened porch.

Linens and towels are provided. No Smoking or Vaping. No Pets Allowed. Maximum Occupancy 3 Guests, including Children.

Amenities shared by guests of The Courtyard Villas and The Castle Bed and Breakfast guests include an outdoor pool, pool house with sauna and two individual steam showers, outdoor shower, and wireless internet access in the Villa. The Castle Pool Season is mid April through October.

Enjoy complimentary dockage at the Castle's floating docks on Silver Lake Harbor with power hookups and a fish cleaning station. Dockage is available on a first-come-first-serve basis. Please arrange for dockage in advance when making your Villa reservation. Complimentary bicycles are also available to our guests on a first come first serve basis.

If you have additional people in your group, you may combine rental of this suite with Portsmouth B which offers an additional king and queen bed, bathroom offering tub with shower, and kitchenette.

Breakfast is not included when staying in the Villas and is not an option through the Castle Bed and Breakfast.
